Welcome to the sensitivity rising podcast. We want to live in a world where sensitive people are seen, heard and respected, or sensitives believe in their value and worth and where they can access the tools that they need to nurture and embrace their trait. We believe that sensitivity is expansive and not limiting. And that being neurodiverse isn't better or worse. It's just another way of being human. The intention of this podcast is to help sensitive people turn down the noise and tune into their inner guidance systems. When we do this, we raise her vibration and energy to connect with our inner radiance. We'll focus on reconnecting with the cycles of nature, accessing the energies that already exist inside of us, using simple tools to practice caring for ourselves, and also ways that we can use our sensitivity to help heal our world will learn to embrace all the layers of our being to uncover our true selves, so we can use our voices authentically. Follow our hearts without apology, and share what we know to be true with the rest of the world. That sensitivity is not only essential in our homes are neighborhoods and workplaces, but sensitivity is vital for the future of our humanity. New episodes will be released Wednesdays and will follow a four season schedule, Autumn Winter, spring and summer with small breaks in between each. I'm Tanya the creator and founder of sensitivity rising and joining me on the podcast will be regular co hosts Amber McCormick of soulful nature. And Daphne Lee, the yogi Ranger.
